CQL welcomes new members to the Board

The Board of directors of CQL recently welcomed two new member organizations: Easter Seals and Self Advocates Becoming Empowered (SABE). CQL President and CEO James Gardner noted, “We are energized and encouraged by the growing strength of our Board….” CQL plans to capitalize on this strength by devoting a major portion of Board meetings to generative thinking, a long-range planning initiative for leadership in the years 2010–2015.

Patricia Jones, Vice President for Affiliate Affairs, will serve as the Easter Seals representative; and Julie Petty, Vice President of the SABE Board of Directors, will represent that group.
