Our conference will focus on the power of CQL Personal Outcome Measures®. We are celebrating the 20th year of the quintessential tool for measuring, defining and improving the lives of people receiving supports and services.

• What we learned – Keynote Address James F. Gardner, President and CEO, will share the history and what we’ve learned and keep on learning from the Personal Outcome Measures®.

• What you learned – General Sessions Hear from DSPs (Direct Support Professionals), self-advocates, organization leaders and representatives from state agencies about how they have used the Personal Outcome Measures®.

• What you learned – Roundtable Discussions Topics will include: Using the Personal Outcome Measures® in recovery, rights, social roles, positive behavior supports

• What now – Closing Address Our closing address will provide inspiration and tools to attendees to continue to work for dignity, opportunity and community for all people.

A special pre-conference Certification Recognition Reception will be held on Wednesday evening for CQL Certified Interviewers, Certified Trainers and Certified Quality Analysts. These leaders continue to provide values-based services and supports utilizing CQL’s Personal Outcome Measures®.

In addition, we will have a “Share and Be Inspired Video Booth” where attendees can share their experiences with Personal Outcome Measures® which will become a series on the CQL You Tube Channel.
