Beth Mathis - Associate Vice President, Network Development

Beth Mathis has worked for CQL since 2003. Her background includes work in both behavioral health and developmental disability services for over 15 years. She has a BA in Psychology from The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, and a MA in Behavioral Science from The University of Houston, Clear Lake, Texas. She has a broad range of experience including direct support, assessment, support coordination, program development and administration, staff training, and quality enhancement in residential, vocational, and community settings. Prior to working for CQL, Ms. Mathis used The Personal Outcome Measures extensively in her position as the Quality Improvement Coordinator for a community center in Texas providing supports for between 300 and 400 people of all ages. She was part of a statewide network of peer consultants and a certified trainer. For CQL she has led and participated on organizational review teams, and developed and implemented training and consultation provided to organizations and state systems.  She currently is responsible for fostering relationships and assessing and formulating solutions for new and current partners in the CQL network.
