A medical term for a condition in which there is a collection of signs and symptoms recognizable by a doctor's exam; individuals with a syndrome may not have all of its associated signs and symptoms, but they must have enough to be considered "diagnostic"

The concerted action to change policies, rules or laws which determine how services are provided; effort to change system of services in the community, such as school system or transportation system; also includes legislative advocacy
