Stark, Ed

Ed Stark is a Quality Consultant with The Council on Quality and Leadership. Mr. Stark has worked as a part-time Quality Consultant with CQL for nine years and has worked in the field of disabilities for 15 years. Mr. Stark has worked in a variety of positions in the field from providing direct support services while in college, and advancing in the field as a manager and administrator. Mr. Stark has worked in the public and private sector for agencies providing residential and employment services for both children and adults.

CQL is the organization at the forefront of the movement to improve the quality of services and supports for people with disabilities and people with mental illness. We have been leading this effort for more than three decades. Our fundamental belief is that everyone has s right to a life of dignity, opportunity and community inclusion. Our journey continues today with the daily work of establishing real connections between disabilities’ theory and practice.

Mr. Stark’s role as a Quality Consultant is to partner with the leadership and management of organizations and systems that support people with disabilities and people with mental illness to assist them to bridge the gap between their current practice and desired performance goals. My diverse experience in the field of disabilities enables me to tackle the day-to-day challenges our customers face to design creative, responsive, and accountable systems which ultimately leads to the creation of a world of dignity, opportunity and community inclusion for all people.

Mr. Stark has a BA degree in Psychology from Kent State University and a Masters of Science in Management from Brescia University.
