Mr. Simkins joined the team at CQL in 2003 and has over 10 years experience in the field of human resources within the non-profit sector. Prior to joining CQL, Mr. Simkins served in several capacities within the field of human resources to include an employee relations specialist and as a human resource generalist.While working on his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Maryland, he interned with the federal government’s model Work/Life program at the United States Department of Health and Human Services in Washington D.C. and has done consultation work for Amtrak.
Additionally, Mr. Simkins holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix and has earned his Professional of Human Resources (PHR) designation from the Society of Human Resource Management.
